Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, while also maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. This position requires a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills to enhance the dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner.
Assist servers in ensuring that all guest orders are accurate and complete before delivery.
Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to facilitate smooth service operations.
Adhere to food safety guidelines and proper food handling practices at all times.
Provide exceptional guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
Assist with restocking supplies as needed to ensure efficient service flow.
Experience

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
Strong understanding of guest services and hospitality principles.
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, as it may be required for order management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for providing outstanding customer service.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling is highly valued.
