Full job description
The Juniper Hotel offers boutique hospitality in a unique setting, surrounded by nature but only moments away from downtown Banff. We offer 52 guest rooms, authentically warm hospitality, and some of the best views in the valley. Our small, friendly team are committed to connecting our guests with Banff National Park and all the adventures it offers.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Completion of a two-year apprenticeship program or a college program in hospitality or hotel management preferred.
One year experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent.
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
A commitment to providing great guest service with a smile.
