Job description
Position: Breakfast Servers

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, Upbeat and personable people that are proactive and have a great smile and a positive attitude to join our team at El Toro.

Minimum : 2 year of Restaurant serving experience in a breakfast setting role .

Terms of Employment: Full time/Part time

Job duties:

Provide an outstanding dining experience for our patrons.
Reports to work on time and always ensure the uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, always be well groomed.
Responsible for following federal, provincial and Company policies and regulations for serving alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner.
Accurately record and enter all food and beverage items into POS system.
Process all forms of payment including Debit, Credit, Cash, Gift Card, Vouchers etc. in a proficient manner.
Must learn and should have extensive knowledge of the menu to be able to comment on ingredients, suggest items and explain cooking techniques.
Maximize sales by using suggestive selling techniques to the guests.
Check ID’s while serving alcohol and to comply with all the liquor laws and policies.
Must Complete all the opening & closing duties assigned by a Supervisor/Manager in a timely manner.
Assist the team during special events as needed.
Address patrons appropriately when discussing their comments and concerns in a very professional manner and also effectively communicate with Supervisors/Manager on shift if a customer issue arises. Ensure clear and concise communication with patron to ensure the issue is being resolved.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Part-time hours: 20-35 per week for Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary,

Hourly Rate : $15.00-$17.00 per hour with own gratuities .
