Full job description
The shift manager role is an exciting opportunity to lead a team in an environment that is fast, fun and a great opportunity to learn the basics of business. Wages start at $18.50 per hour and go all the way up to $21 per hour. Managers also get tip sharing that ranges from $2-$3 per hour.

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and Customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow all policy and procedures and expect the same from your crew.
