PRIMARY FUNCTION

Join the Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts (CRMR) team this summer and experience the beauty of the Canadian Rockies while showcasing your culinary skills! We are hiring for various culinary positions, including Prep Cook, Line Cook, and Dishwasher at our stunning properties: Buffalo Mountain Lodge in Banff, AB, Post Hotel & Spa in Lake Louise, AB, and Emerald Lake Lodge in Field, BC.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Positions available:

Prep Cook: Assist in preparing ingredients for the culinary team, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring food safety standards are met
Line Cook: Work alongside our talented chefs to prepare and plate dishes, maintain a clean and efficient kitchen, and contribute to menu development
Dishwasher: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment, and ensuring a steady supply of clean dishes for the culinary team
EXPERIENCE

Skills and experience:

Culinary education or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences for guests
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
