During the course of the day you’ll listen to and understand the requirement of guests, either directly or working with travel agency representatives. You’ll handle incoming inquiries and secure booking by phone, email and fax. You’ll become a go-to fountain of knowledge, sharing a deep wisdom about treatments, facilities and other amenities of the Red Earth Spa and Meadow Spa and Pools. This position is based at Head Office.
Duties and Responsibilities
Answer all in-coming phone calls and emails in a professional manner, in line with company standards.
Share knowledge on spa services, health club facilities and other hotel amenities.
Book spa appointments (i.e. confirm treatment, time to arrive, spa cancellation policy, etc.).
Work with Spa Receptionists and Managers to ensure reservations are prepared, and to manage. treatment schedules in a way that maximizes sales opportunities.
Perform administrative tasks that may include reporting, spa reservation checks, marketing initiatives, and data entry, etc.
Work safely. Obey all health and safety policies and procedures and report injuries and hazards immediately.
Help develop the Reservation Team’s spa training and product knowledge program.

Skills and Experience
Administrative and customer service experience.
Knowledge and experience gained in a spa environment is a strong asset.
A positive team-player attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
Superior organizational and time management skills.
Strong computer literacy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English essential).
Great attention to detail.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
