Join our team as a Marketing Manager, a new position at Banff Caribou Properties. We're on the lookout for a seasoned marketing professional who not only excels in strategic thinking and leadership but also shares our passion for living in this breathtaking place.

As our Marketing Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our sales and marketing endeavors, working hand-in-hand with our VP Sales & Marketing to craft and execute integrated marketing strategies. With our diverse portfolio including 15 hotels, 8 restaurants, 2 spas, a cinema, and a retail store, you'll have ample opportunity to showcase your skills across a variety of channels, both print and digital.

Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating on the development of marketing strategies aligned with our company's objectives
Overseeing the planning, rollout, and post-launch stages of marketing projects in close coordination with internal teams
Managing the design of captivating visual assets
Executing comprehensive marketing campaigns
Analyzing data to measure campaign success and brainstorming innovative ideas for brand enhancement
Maintaining brand identity consistency across all channels and ensuring clear communication of marketing activities
Providing leadership, mentorship, and motivation to our marketing team
We're seeking candidates with:
Proven leadership abilities to inspire and manage both the marketing team and cross-functional collaborators
A knack for strategic prioritization and adaptability in response to industry trends and advancements
Strong analytical skills for interpreting reports and gauging project effectiveness
Excellent time management and organizational prowess to juggle multiple priorities and projects seamlessly
A proactive mindset in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to drive business growth
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
