Full job description
Our café teams are dedicated to ensuring customers have a delightful experience. From providing a warm and friendly welcome to guiding guests through our menu, our Café Attendants play a vital role in creating a positive atmosphere. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and enhancing our guests' overall enjoyment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and serve beverages and snacks in adherence to company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized café environment, including tables, counters, and equipment.
Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with precision.
Answer customer inquiries and provide information about menu items.
Monitor and replenish café inventory as needed.
Follow established procedures for opening and closing the café.
Deliver pastries to additional venues as per service needs.
Additional duties may be assigned to help meet guest needs.
Skills and Experience

Previous barista experience required.
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Must hold valid driving license.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
Knowledge of food safety regulations.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
