Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Activity Leader to join our team. As an Activity Team Leader, you will be responsible for organizing a variety of fun and engaging activities & tours for our guests. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, have a passion for tourism, and love creating memorable experiences.

Duties

- Plan, coordinate, and organize guest activity / tour itineraries

- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for the team

- Engage with guests / visitors to ensure their satisfaction and enjoyment

- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions

- Preparing team schedules

- Organizing team meetings and socials

- Creating sales reports to track sales

- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely

Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Experience working in a supervisor position

- Ability to deliver sales results

- Proficient in basic Micrososft applications

- Knowledge of tourism industry practices and standards

- Excellent customer service skills

- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
