Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Prep Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Prep Cook, you will play a vital role in the food preparation process, ensuring that all ingredients are prepped and ready for our chefs to create delicious meals. This position is ideal for individuals looking to grow their skills in the food industry and contribute to a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of ingredients for meal preparation, including washing, chopping, and measuring.
Help cook and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Handle food safely and efficiently, adhering to proper food handling procedures.
Support the kitchen staff with various tasks as needed, including inventory management and restocking supplies.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service during busy periods.
Complete Daily Cleaning Tasks
Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is a plus.
Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
