Job Description

Monod Sport's is seeking a vigilant and customer-focused Security Guard to join our retail store team. The primary responsibility of the Security Guard is to protect store assets, staff and customers by maintaining a safe and secure environment, deterring theft, and responding to incidents in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities

Greet customers in a professional manner while maintaining a visible security presence.
Monitor store premises, to prevent theft and other security threats.
Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies or disturbances.
Enforce store policies and procedures in non-confrontational and respectful way.
Cooperate with local law enforcement when necessary.
Skills & Abilities

Strong observational and surveillance skills.
Ability to stay alert and act quickly in emergency or suspicious situations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and follow procedures.
