Job Summary
Carlito's Pizzaria is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. As a server/Bartendar, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing an inviting atmosphere, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience at our establishment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations.
Taking Food order and serve
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
Create a welcoming environment by interacting positively with guests and providing assistance as needed.
Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.
Proficient in cashiering and cash handling procedures.
Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure a safe dining experience.
Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
A willingness to help colleagues and contribute positively to team dynamics.
