Banff Hospitality Collective, or as we like to call it ‘BHC’, is a multi-concept restaurant and entertainment company with 11 venues and counting. Park Distillery is an award-winning craft distillery and restaurant located in Banff National Park, Canada. Park Distillery produces all of our craft products by hand on high quality equipment. We use only the best quality Alberta grains for our base spirits and take advantage of the amazing glacier waters in Banff National Park. Wherever possible we will source local botanicals, fruits, and fermentable items in order to produce new and unique product lines with amazing flavour profiles in order to capture the imagination of Canadian and International consumer markets.


Retail Associate

The retail employees at Park Distillery Restaurant and Bar are the first point of contact between guests and potential customers who walk through the door. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing individual with a passion for craft spirits who can provide information about our merchandise and spirits while leaving a long lasting impression about the purity and unique qualities of the product because it is handmade in one of the purest places on the planet.


Responsibilities:

Maintaining thorough and up to date knowledge and understanding of the products for sale in order to be able to effectively answer any questions about the tasting or distillation process of the spirits to our guests and customers
Setting up the tour table before guest arrival for the daily distillery tour
Organizing stock room
Full restock of liquor and retail merchandise
Daily cleaning duties of the retail room (restocking product, tidying clothing shelves, maintaining cleanliness of the retail area)
Completing cash, credit, and debit transactions through a Point of Sales program as well as doing a nightly cashout
