Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to providing high-quality meal preparation in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, delivering delicious meals to our guests.

Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations before and after service.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service during peak hours.
Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Participate in ongoing training to enhance cooking skills and knowledge of food handling practices.
Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
