2.00 per hour housing allowance if you do not need staff housing

The Douglas Fir Resort & Chalets employ Attendants that are responsible for admissions and maintaining a clean, safe, and fun environment for Waterslides guests while providing excellent customer service.

Position Responsibilities:

Assists with operations of the facility.
Interacts with guests and customers in a positive manner
Provides directions regarding the facility to guests and patrons.
Direct patrons on how to properly use equipment and water slides.
Monitor activities to ensure adherence to rules and safety procedures, or arrange for the removal of unruly patrons.
Ensures all points of control and access are properly maintained.
Record details of attendance, sales, receipts, reservations, or repair activities.
Sell tickets and collect fees from customers.
Knowledge of admissions, group use permits, emergency evacuation procedures.
Inform Waterpark supervisor of any damage or unsafe equipment.
Perform cleaning duties as assigned by supervisor.
Maintain professional appearance while on duty and wear required uniform.
Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills.
Good cross cultural communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse population.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to effectively communicate in both one on one and group settings.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to frequently walk, run, stand or stoop
Regularly lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
Speech, hearing, literacy, and vision
Ability to tolerate extreme weather conditions
