Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: $19.23 Hourly for 40 hours per week

Skill Requirements:


Education: Completion of high school, Some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Ability to Supervise: Staff in various areas of responsibility
Budgetary Responsibility: 0 - $100,000
Work Setting: Restaurant
Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, Determine type of services to be offered, Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, reconciliation and related forms, Control inventory, Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, Recruit and hire staff, Train staff, Supervise staff
