Education: Some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Work Setting: Private sector
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, Electronic mail, Electronic scheduler, Word processing software, Spreadsheet software, Excel, Accounting software, Quick Books, Inventory control software, Internet browser
Type of Bookkeeping: Computerized, Manual
Specific Skills: Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, Post journal entries, Prepare trial balance of books, Reconcile accounts, Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports, Control inventory, Calculate fixed assets and depreciation, Prepare tax returns
