We’re looking for an Chef de Cuisine to join us at Lupo Italian! FRESH MARKET-INSPIRED ITALIAN ON WOLF STREET. Step into Lupo and be transported to vibrant Italy, on Wolf Street. Situated on the second floor of a bright new building, your pack will take in the views of Banff’s brand-new pedestrian forward Bear street and the mountain vistas beyond. Chef de Cuisine

The Chef de Cuisine contributes to the success of the company by participating in the management of the daily operations of the restaurant, including the management of all employees in conjunction with the General Manager. In addition, they manage inventory and supplies, optimize profits, and ensure that guests have an experience that lives up to the company values. They work closely with the service team and participate in decisions with the executive team.

You don't shy away from working with various types of technology and systems, including the ability to troubleshoot, update, and train others on the use of
You do what it takes to increase sales and minimize costs without compromising quality
As a leader within BHC, you’ll also be an ambassador of our employer brand, always being on the lookout for top talent and assisting with hiring amazing people to join the family, specifically on the kitchen team
What You Have:

Proven success in a Chef de Cuisine role with some formal training
Flexible schedule required
You're not only an amazing team player but also have a knack for bringing others together to work towards a common goal
You have excellent communication skills and understand the importance of effective communication and workplace culture
