General Operations Manager

General Manager operators oversee the daily operations to ensure the delivery of a great guest experience while focusing on achieving goals and budget expectations. This individual must have exceptional communication skills, leadership experience, and the organizational skills needed to support a dynamic team. They also have the knowledge, skills and long term vision to support the Restaurant Owners in running a successful business. They are an expert at recruiting, training, and coaching a diverse team to achieve and maintain A&W standards of operation. Their high standards for operational excellence allow you to easily plan and execute methods of increasing sales and achieving targeted costs. Experience:

Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry or organization
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Solid understanding of financial management principles and practices
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing challenges
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on findings
Proficient in using relevant software applications for project management, reporting, and analysis
