Full Job Description
Assist in facilitating the daily administrative duties within the Human Resources Department. Maintain accurate documentation as it relates to associate files, assist with recruitment, planning of events and activities with a focus to increase employee satisfaction.

 Prepare job postings and update as required.

 Assist with managing the results of all job postings and respond to e-mails/in-person.

 Pre-qualify candidates for all departments. (pre-screening & reference checks)

 Process and maintain accurate documentation as it relates to employee files.

 Facilitate participation in available programs.

 Assist with the planning and facilitation of new employee orientation to foster a positive attitude towards Charlton Resorts organizational objectives and philosophy.

 Facilitate Training as required.

 Assist in the development and implementation of programs that will drive increased employee satisfaction and commitment levels.

 Recognize staff members for their superior work and contribution with guests through intercompany memos/policy rollouts.

 Actively participate in one of the company’s Committees ie. Health & Safety or Greens(sustainability).

 Plan quarterly staff events, birthdays, long stay awards, employee recognition programs

 Prepare monthly Employee Newsletter.

 Maintain and order office supplies as needed.

 Work with the Assistant General Manager & General Manager on administration tasks as required.

Qualification

 Exceptional interpersonal skills to enhance both the presentation and service standards throughout the operation.

 Effective problem-solving skills.

 Human Resources Degree

 Successful track record with a minimum 2 years human resource training in a similar capacity.

 Must always maintain a professional appearance.

 Position involves preparing documents and presentations. Candidate must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

 Candidate must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Powerpoint.
