Full Job Description
We are looking for a grill master to join our team at Banff Trail Riders for our BBQ Cowboy Cookouts.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to escape the typical kitchen environment to work in a smaller team, outdoors and at a slower pace.

Cookouts are located down Sundance Canyon and is accessed by horseback, wagon or truck.

This position will require you to:

Prepare buffet style meals and use a BBQ to grill steaks for guests for our twice daily cookouts.
Clean and maintain kitchen and guest areas.
Aiding in receiving and inventory from suppliers.
Interact with guests in a fun professional manner.
Qualifications:

1+ years cooking experience.
Customer service experience preferred.
Ability to work well with others and independently.
An interest in the western lifestyle.
Valid first aid and Drivers License.
Limited Staff accommodation may be available upon request.
