What can you expect?

Front Desk Agents provide an outstanding guest experience by creating a warm, welcoming, and professional environment. In this key guest service role, they ensure guests needs and expectations are met by answering their questions and solving problems efficiently.

This job might be right for you if you think you would really enjoy:

Provide quality guest service
Assist guests with all aspects of reservations in a knowledgeable manner; requires thorough
Deal with challenging guest situations in a friendly and professional manner; this includes using the switchboard and dispatch in the event of emergencies
Complete accurate, daily cash-outs
Maintain public areas in and around the hotel as required
Other duties as assigned including cross-departmental utilization in night audit, concierge, and janitorial departments

And you have:
Passion for providing excellent guest service
Previous hotel and/or guest service experience
Previous cash handling and computer experience with highly proficient skills
Positive attitude, excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Physically demanding position that requires standing for long periods of time and some heavy lifting
Current First Aid and CPR preferred
