About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Operations Leaders to oversee 20-30 BarBurritos in Alberta. The ideal candidate will have a background in restaurant management with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The candidate must be able to travel frequently and be outside of their home city or province for multiple weeks at a time. The person may be based out of Calgary or Edmonton.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and oversee new store openings and store audits.
Take responsibility for training new franchisees and their teams.
Develop and perform training programs for staff.
Ensure the standards outlined in the Operations Manual are met consistently.
Proactively work to positively influence sales and profitability in your region.
Build professional relationships and create buy-ins in their assigned territory.
Plan, schedule, and lead new store openings.
Conduct store audits and store visitations, correct deficiencies noted.
Participate and be on site during the full process for new restaurant openings and re-sale transfers.
Ability to travel even outside the province for store openings and transfers for up to 3 weeks at a time.
Qualifications & Skills

Demonstrated experience in the Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, specifically in overseeing a designated territory
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable access to a car
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience in multi-unit management is preferred
Exposure to franchising operations is preferred
Post-secondary education, particularly a business-related diploma, is preferred
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations
Can do attitude with exceptional relationship building skills
