The Revenue Maximization Coordinator provides essential operational and administrative support to the Revenue Maximization team, ensuring efficient execution of daily workflows and enabling managers to focus on high-value pricing, forecasting, and revenue optimization activities. This role is dedicated exclusively to Revenue Maximization functions and is responsible for maintaining data quality, rate and inventory accuracy, supporting system accuracy, and coordinating end-to-end processes that drive revenue performance.

This is role works closely with Operations and Revenue teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of revenue initiatives

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES


ADMINISTRATIVE & OPERATIONAL SUPPORT

Manage documentation, scheduling, meeting preparation, and report coordination
Maintain centralized databases, shared folders, and workflow tools
Ensure all daily and weekly RevMax tasks are completed accurately and on time
DATA QUALITY & SYSTEM INTEGRITY

Perform data hygiene and quality‑assurance checks
Update and maintain accuracy of rates, room types, restrictions, products, and other key data elements
Monitor rate code integrity, inventory status, and other revenue‑critical configurations
REPORTING & DASHBOARD MANAGEMENT

Extract and compile weekly pace reports, competitor snapshots, and other inputs
Maintain, create and enhance reporting templates and dashboards
Prepare meeting decks and supporting materials with RevMax managers
PROCESS COORDINATION & WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT

Manage intake of requests from partners, hotels, attractions, and transportation teams
Track deadlines for pricing updates, promotions, and distribution changes
Log action items and ensure timely follow‑through
CROSS FUNCTIONAL COMNMUNICATION

Distribute updates related to rate changes, policies, and availability
Serve as the first point of contact for basic internal inquiries, escalating when necessary
SYSTEM & CHANNEL SUPPORT

Update products, rates, inventory, and system settings
Support the loading of packages, promotions, and pricing strategies
Ensure accuracy of non‑marketing content across revenue related systems
PROJECT & INITIATIVE SUPPORT

Assist with implementation of new systems or tools
Support audits and compliance work
Contribute to creating, updating, and rolling out SOPs
Ideal Skills and Experience:

Strong administrative and organizational skills
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Experience working with systems involving rates, inventory, or product configuration (hospitality or similar field preferred)
Ability to manage multiple workflows and track deadlines
Comfortable handling reporting tasks, extracting data, and maintaining dashboards
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
Familiarity with structured processes, SOPs, and audit/compliance environments
Ability to prioritize, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when appropriate
Systems‑savvy mindset—comfortable learning new tools and managing digital workflows
Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
