As the Operations Administrative Assistant, you “Take Care of Banff” by efficiently and proactively administrating the resource recovery utility customer service, accounts receivables, and general support for the Operations division.

If you enjoy working with data, records, and providing exceptional customer service then this position is right up your alley. You can easily manage complex information and present it in a detailed and concise manner. You have the unique talent of a combined number acumen with a customer satisfaction focus.

You thrive in an active work environment where people are coming and going throughout the day. You can maintain concentration, accuracy, and productivity and are not easily distracted by noise, movement, or interruptions (in person, over the phone, and electronically).

You excel at coordinating concurrent demands so that “your clients” receive the attention and service they expect. You effectively blend detail-focused duties with interactions and camaraderie and adapt easily to changing priorities, schedules, and internal or external needs. You are a sponge for knowledge and enjoy the learning associated with cross-functional roles.

Your cover letter and resume should indicate how you are a perfect fit for this position while confirming your technical qualifications in office administration. Your resume should also demonstrate two (2) years of work experience in an administrative or office environment or a combination of the required qualifications and work experience. Your experience has honed impeccable interpersonal and communication skills and can interact effectively with customers demonstrating varying emotions.
