What can you expect?
As a Guest Services Agent you will be working within the Guest Services department at the base of the Mountain. As the first point of contact for many guests, your fun, friendly and professional attitude will allow you to respond to all related inquires (by phone, email or in person) in an engaging way that builds relationships and makes everyone feel welcome. This job is ideal for enthusiastic skiers/boarders. You’ll be able to share your enthusiasm, and for those who are interested ask about the opportunity to work specifically in our Ticket Windows where most shifts are done by the early afternoon, which allows you plenty of time to enjoy the awesome snow!

This job might be right for you if you enjoy:
Assisting guests with their day ticket sales by providing your thorough understanding of Banff Sunshine’s day products
Working in a fast pace, high volume environment and dealing with challenging situations in a friendly and professional manner
Complete accurate daily cash outs and being accountable for any variances
Administrative tasks such as filing, organizing the lost and found room & general office cleaning
And you have:
Previous guest service and cash handling experience
You have a positive attitude, are a team player, have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn multiple new operating systems.
Flexibility for scheduling during peak periods.
