Duties Include (but are not limited to):

Help oversee restaurant operations, especially in the absence of the Restaurant Manager,
Maintain a deep knowledge of food and beverage menus, including daily specials, and be able to describe them to staff and guests,
Ensure wine and other beverages are served in the appropriate glassware,
Present bills to customers and accept payment,
Flexible schedule required,
Improve service and profitability,
Provide training to new staff and ongoing training of existing staff,
Support staff with a hands-on leadership approach to ensure great customer service,
And other duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate:

Has a minimum of 1 year of food and beverage supervisor experience,
Must have an Alberta Pro Serve certificate (required),
Has a dynamic personality and excellent customer service skills,
Shows strong leadership and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for training,
Brings a positive attitude and strong teamwork abilities.
