Banff Park Lodge Collection of Hotels operates 3 hotel properties - Banff Park Lodge, Bow View Lodge, and Peaks Hotel & Suites - and 2 restaurants - La Terrazza and Crave Mountain Grill. - all with an ideal location, steps away from lively downtown Banff on one side and from the peaceful Bow River on the other.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

Answer phone calls and operate switchboard,
Make, modify, or cancel room reservations,
Check online availability and rates,
Ensure PCI compliance and follow online security standards,
Price match online quotes,
Process digital credit card authorizations and payments,
Prepare reports,
Provide information on hotel facilities and services,
Assist guests with special requests,
Provide information on the town of Banff, restaurants, and Banff National Park,
Clerical duties,
And other projects as required.

Has good problem-solving skills on their own but isn’t afraid to ask for help,
Can work independently and as part of a team,
Can make quick decisions and is willing to make and learn from mistakes,
Wants to grow and develop themselves and is excited about furthering their career,
Possesses keen attention to detail,
Has proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook,
Has fluency in English and professional communication skills.
