As the first-person visitors will interact with, whether online or in person, before our guests arrive or while they are here, you play a vital role as a trusted source on how to best experience Banff National Park.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Pleasant, enthusiastic, and friendly manner.
Excellent customer service skills.
Love being part of a team that likes to work hard and play hard.
Passion for tourism and local knowledge of attractions, services and events in Banff and Lake Louise.
Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure and are a natural finder of solutions.
Active listener with strong verbal and written communications skills with ease and comfort of English. Speaking a second language (such as French, German or Spanish) is a huge asset.
Social media savvy.
Education in tourism, hospitality and/or related field is preferred.
