```Duties:```

- Perform maintenance and repairs on various types of bicycles and bike related products

- Manage the workflow of our workshop

- Order parts and tools through B2B portals

- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

```Requirements:```

- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude

- Experience working on bicycles at a comprehensive level

- Ability to stay on top of stock levels

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail and ability to work independently

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations on various types of bikes. They will also need to troubleshoot mechanical issues, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

To excel in this role, candidates should have a solid understanding of mechanical systems, as well as the ability to utilize technical resources to find the best solution. Strong problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Physical stamina is also important, as this position may involve manual labor and lifting heavy objects.
