Banff Caribou Properties is seeking a driven Marketing Manager to join our sales and marketing team. The desired candidate brings a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills for both external and internal customers.
Reporting to the VP Sales & Marketing, the Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and managing integrated marketing initiatives that leverage both print and digital channels, relating to our entire operation which includes 15 hotels, 8 restaurants, 2 spas, a cinema, and a retail store.
Duties and Responsibilities
Participate in developing a marketing strategy which aligns with the company’s objectives
Work closely with internal teams throughout the planning, rollout, launch and post-launch stages of marketing projects
Coordinate the design of visual assets
Plan & execute comprehensive marketing campaigns
Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
Understand and maintain each brand’s identity across all channels, and ensure marketing activities are consistent and clearly communicated across all platforms
Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team, providing guidance and support
Skills and Experience
Proven leadership skills and ability to manage, engage and inspire the marketing team and cross-functional teams
Strong ability to strategically prioritize and pivot based on evolving business trends and industry advancements
Analytical skills in developing and interpreting reports to analyze project effectiveness
Adept at managing multiple priorities and projects, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational abilities
Proactively identify and act on opportunities to drive business results
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
