We are looking for enthusiastic and adventurous people to join our team for the Summer 2024! We specialize in helping visitors make the most of their trip to the Rockies by booking excursions and tours as well as offering a wide range of rentals.

Ideal candidates will have experience in sales, however someone with a background in customer service could also be a great fit for the role. Another aspect of the position is renting equipment, so you will need to be hands on and not afraid of getting a bit dirty!

Working at Banff Adventures has many benefits, most importantly you will get to try all of our tours and activities. You will also be able to rent canoes, kayaks and SUPs free of charge from our sister company, The Banff Canoe Club.

If hired, you will be working in our Banff store located in the Bison Courtyard, 211 Bear Street, Banff. Multiple full time positions available, start dates will be staggered for end of April, mid May and early June.

Duties include:

Creating activity and tour reservations / bookings
Assisting customers with tour itineraries
Achieving sales targets as a team
Renting bikes
Provide excellent customer service
Accurate cash handling
Work as part of a team
Requirements:

Previous sales or customer service experience
Knowledge of the local area and its surroundings
Strong communication skills, be highly organized and be able to work in a fast paced environment
High level of attention of detail
A positive and friendly attitude
Basic computer knowledge / skills
Valid work visa
Experience in the Travel / Tourism industry is an advantage
