Education: Completion of high school
Experience: No experience

Work Setting: Retail establishment
Supervisory Experience: Retail salespersons and sales clerks, Cashiers
Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers, Assign sales workers to duties, Authorize return of merchandise, Sell merchandise, Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, Maintain specified inventory, Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Additional Skills: Prepare work schedules, Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
Own Tools/Equipment: Fax machine
Work Site Environment: Non-smoking
Ability to Supervise: 4 people or less
