- Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
- Prepare reports on program activities, outcomes, and impact on student experience.

Requirements:

- Organizational and problem-solving experience in Western Canada's ski industry.
- Previous experience in a leadership capacity in the outdoor adventure industry.
- A personal interest and passion for ski/snowboarding and the outdoors.
- Excellent proven organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and multi-task with colleagues.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in related field (ideal, but not a firm requirement).

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

-Highly motivated, adaptable, and passionate about being an educator. Intermediate computer skills, including the ability to write professional emails on behalf of the business.

- Always prioritizes the quality of the student learning experience. Great interpersonal skills; this person should be a natural connector.

- Strong work ethic and willingness to take on a variety of tasks as needed.

- The ability to be somewhat flexible in hours is required. Most of the programming takes place during normal business hours; however, there will be times when you need to be available in the evenings.

We offer competitive compensation packages and opportunities for professional growth. If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for the outdoors and working with young people, we would love to hear from you.
