Full job description
Customer Service is our top priority! We are seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have great leadership skills and have experience in retail and stock management. The position will assist the store managers with overseeing staff, and monitoring daily tasks.

Responsibilities:

Excellent customer service and complaint resolution.

Cash handling and POS procedures.

Stock management.

Collaboration with management to oversee sales staff and monitor completion of tasks.

Some assistance with visual merchandising.

General housekeeping.

Requirements:

Experience in a similar role.

Good leadership skills.

Great customer service skills.

Experience with overseeing staff.

Strong work ethic.

Organization skills.

Great communication skills.

Must be able to work nights (until 9-9:30) and weekends.

Must be currently residing in Banff with secure housing.
