Sales Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales objectives
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively sell products and provide excellent customer service
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
