Full job description
Brewster Mountain Lodge is looking for a friendly, reliable, outgoing person to fill the position of Guest Service Agent.

Duties Include:

Welcoming guests, Check in/out guests
Making reservations, answering phones
dealing with third party bookings
Assisting guests with any inquiries, providing information on area and activities
taking payments, deposits, making change, balance your shift end
responding and handling messages, emails, faxes, mail
communicate with both housekeeping and maintenance teams reporting any requests, concerns, needs
ensure daily pass-ons' are completed and action any items during your shift
follow all policies and procedures established by the company
coverage of night audit (when needed) for any vacation, illnesses, etc
perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:

Excellent English Language Skills spoken and written
Friendly, outgoing, helpful
self motivated and can work as a team or alone
Computer Skills, knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, PMS
Attention to detail
Accurate in money handling, being able to balance all transactions
Previously worked in the guest service industry
Speaks other languages (asset)
Worked in hotels before (asset)
Completed or enrolled in hospitality (asset)
Only those legally able to work in Canada will be considered.
