Reporting to the General Manager, the Floor Manager will assist with the daily operations of the restaurant. Responsibilities:
Ensure the highest level of service for all patrons
Uphold and enhance quality standards and Banff Lodging Co. policies
Coach, develop, and manage restaurant leadership/supervisor team
Train and maintain professional standards for food & beverage staff
Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
Lead by example to maximize performance and job satisfaction
Promote professional work habits and recognize outstanding performance
Represent the company positively and enforce liquor legislation and safety regulations
Aid the team as a server or bartender as needed
Adhere to health and safety protocols and report hazards promptly
Fulfill additional duties to meet guest needs
