Join Our Team as Hotel General Manager

Banff Lodging Co., a division of Banff Caribou Properties, is seeking an enthusiastic Hotel General Manager to lead operations at Hidden Ridge Resort in Banff, Alberta. Reporting to the VP Operations, this position is responsible for managing all daily hotel operations, overseeing department managers, and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures, delegation of duties, and daily property inspections.

Responsibilities:
Business Acumen: Utilize strong business literacy skills for operational success.
Leadership: Mentor, train, and coach a dynamic team for exceptional service.
Proactive Planning: Manage hotel operations for smooth functioning.
Dedication to Guest Experience: Provide exemplary service and foster relationships.
Genuine Passion: Foster a love for creating memorable guest experiences.
Communication: Maintain clear, open, and consistent communication with stakeholders.
Experience | Skills | Requirements:
Strong business acumen, adept at analyzing key metrics and making strategic decisions.
Senior leadership experience in hospitality for at least 3 years.
Exceptional English communication skills, especially in fast-paced environments.
Proven history of surpassing revenue targets and adept budget management.
Proficiency in software, including hotel systems.
Understanding of building mechanics with keen attention to detail.
Residence in Bow Valley required; no employee housing provided.
