Our restaurants in Banff include the Keg Steakhouse & Bar, Meatball Pizza & Pasta, Pacini, Chili’s Grill & Bar, Caribou Keg and Alpha Bistro. Your application will be considered for available jobs at all of these locations.


Our kitchen teams prepare a diverse range of dishes served to both in-house restaurant patrons and to hotel guests choosing room service. By working together to deliver breakfast, lunch and dinner for hundreds of guests each day, our Chef de Partie will demonstrate their passion for food by preparing high-quality meals in a timely, safe, and creative way.

Driven to amaze guests every day by preparing high-quality meals in a timely, safe, and creative way.
Is outgoing and energetic
Ensures food preparation and presentation standards are met by all team members
Takes responsibility for, and minimize; labour costs, food costs, wastage and expenses.
Supervises staff in Chef's absence.
Coaches and support members of the culinary team.
Identifies any training needs within the team and train them as needed
Continually promotes professional work habits and recognize and reward jobs well done.
Professional, accountable, flexible and responsive

Skills and Experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience on hot side an asset.
Able to work in a fast-paced A la Carte service environment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Able to understand both oral and written instructions in English.
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
A positive team player attitude with the ability to work independently and a strong willingness to learn.
