What You'll Do:

You will use your expertise to prepare and cook menu items and customize customers' orders to accommodate food sensitivities
You’re an important part of quality assurance by following instructions and presentation specifications and having ingredients properly dated and organized
You will work closely with the management teams as well as BOH and FOH team members
Carry out other tasks as assigned

What You Have:

Passion, experience, and knowledge of various types of sushi
Great attention to detail and creativity
Excellent work ethic and communications skills
You thrive in a fast-paced environment
