What can you expect?

The Retail Key holders will report to the Assistant Store Manager and Supervisors. This position will be responsible for opening and closing one or two of 4 on hill stores at the resort. While on the sales floor this position will be responsible for tasking the other sales associates and running the day to day operations. This position will be responsible for restocking of the stores with the help of the sales associates. This person is an integral part of the team, being a key holder, sales and customer service.

This job might be right for you if you think you would really enjoy:
Retail customer service experience
Key holding experience (Store open and close)
Till experience; purchases, returns, cash-outs
Upkeep stores and maintains our merchandizing standards
Go through product knowledge training to qualify for a commission
Cashier duties, as well as cashing out duties
Must be available to help with all inventories. This is done 3 times per season.
And you have:
Have a passion for skiing and or snowboarding
Past retail or warehouse experience is an asset
A positive attitude and self esteem
A willingness to learn, and adapt to changing situations
