Description
This role entails selling and booking ski/snowboard lessons & Daycare to Sunshine Village guests while providing a high level of customer service at all times. It is their responsibility to also know about facilities on the mountain and other departments so they can deal with guests throughout the day and to provide them with fast, friendly and efficient service.

Essential Functions
Coordination of sales & reservations of ski and snowboard lessons, snowshoe tours and Daycare at various points of sale Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure that Sunshine Ski and Snowboard School is presented in the best possible light
Set an example in customer service and must have good knowledge of the services offered on the mountain and the fine details of the different products that are for sale through Sunshine Ski & Snowboard School and the two systems used for selling
Manage an accurate cash float and daily cash out
Respond promptly and professionally to general and lesson enquiries via phone, email and in person
General office and clerical duties
Data entry of information for reporting within the department
Maintain a safe and orderly environment in and around the sales desk for clients/staff, inclusive of all relevant Sunshine policies
Offer accurate information to our guests effectively and efficiently
Shifts will range from 5 hours to 8 hours and will rotate between our Village, Base Area and Daycare Center.
Sales Staff will be reserving and collecting payment for product, giving information to Sunshine Village guests via email, phone or in person as well as reserving and confirming online sales from our E Commerce Store and Third Party Operators
Experience/Requirements
Skier or snowboarder an asset
Superior customer service and leadership skills
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and reservations software an asset
Previous sales experience an asset
Efficient cash handling/cash out skills
Strong customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent phone etiquette
