Park Distillery produces all of our craft products by hand on high quality equipment. We use only the best quality Alberta grains for our base spirits and take advantage of the amazing glacier waters in Banff National Park. Not only are you responsible for delivering a flawless and fun service to all your guests, we want all our customers to feel how genuinely you love where you live and what you do. Along with amazing serving skills, the successful candidate of this position will work shift supervising shifts - being the go-to person for all servers, hosts, and food runners on shift. You will also be hosting and bartending as well, so we're really looking for someone who is a jack of all trades! Server Responsibilities: Prepares the room for dining by clothing tables and setting decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils. Helps patrons select food and beverages by presenting menu; offering cocktails and aperitifs; suggesting courses; explaining the chef's specialties; identifying appropriate wines; answering food preparation questions. Transmits orders to bar and kitchen by recording patrons' choices; identifying patrons' special dietary needs and special requests.
