WE ARE HIRING FOR A FT Barista .....
The barista is responsible for serving all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer. He/she is also responsible for:
• Educating customers about our premium coffee and teas.
• Maintaining a clean atmosphere to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensuring the adherence of Café standards, policies and procedures.
• Dealing with customer issues or concerns and communicating these with the Manager.
The barista fulfills any other duties the Cafe Manager assigns and represents The Whitebark Cafe & The Banff Aspen Lodge in a professional manner.
Successful applicants must have:
• Barista Experience or a passion for coffee and a willingness to learn!
• The attitude to work with a team or independently
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated passion for serving quality products and maximizing guest satisfaction.
Hours: FT is minimum 33h/week.
